A loving husband and veteran miner becomes entombed under the battlefields of World War One. As the horror threatens to engulf him, he discovers another world beneath the mud and death. Setting off on a journey of salvation, the lines between reality and fantasy blur as he questions what is real what is not and whether it even matters.
